Terms of Use

Updated 28 October 2026. PickDash is operated by an individual based in Saudi Arabia. Created by DesertTap Games Studio, a publishing studio name, not a registered company.

Using PickDash

You may use PickDash free of charge for everyday personal or group decisions. Do not use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, misrepresent the service, or enter information you are not entitled to use.

Purpose and decision limits

Review your inputs, rule settings and results. Random outcomes can repeat when the selected rule permits. Task-count balancing does not measure workload, and estimated skill balancing does not guarantee equally skilled teams. Game animations reveal decisions without changing them. Replay preserves an existing result; a new decision produces another result.

Do not rely on PickDash as the sole basis for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, employment or other consequential decisions. Independently review any use where an unsuitable result could cause harm.

Your entries and sharing

You retain any rights you hold in your entries. Only enter or share information you are entitled to use. Avoid sensitive personal information and respect other participants. You control whether to export or share data. Shared links and files are readable, can be copied and cannot be remotely revoked by PickDash.

Local saves and availability

Data can be lost when browser storage is blocked, full, cleared, or used at a different website address. Keep and verify separate backups. The service may change or be unavailable, and no uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised. These statements do not exclude obligations or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Content and concerns

Use of PickDash does not transfer ownership of its site content or branding. Third-party rights remain with their owners. For support, privacy requests or concerns about content, contact deserttap.games@gmail.com. Saudi Arabia is the operator's location; this notice does not determine every law applicable to a visitor or waive mandatory rights.
